Beyond its vision of delivering high quality services, LearnPerfect has integrated in its strategy and its development plan:

  • A Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)


The Quality Assurance Plan

Each year LearnPerfect does its quality survey with a representative sample of learners for all its customers; moreover, training feedback questionnaires are proposed at the end of each training session.

These two supports allow us to measure our clients' satisfaction level and thus make adjustments or improvements when necessary.

When a student provides feedback that may require adjustments from LearnPerfect , we contact the person so as to get his views. From then on, we make all the necessary arrangements.
